Please Register Early!
Registrations must be received by July 6 to guarantee a seat on a Fridaymotor coach tour. The only formal Reunion activity on Friday is the motor coach tour.
General Registration Information
1. The registration fee is required by each person 18 years old or older attending any part of the reunion including the Saturday night auction. This fee helps cover costs of rental space, event insurance, speakers, publicity, etc.
2. Most meals are on your own. A full breakfast is included with the room at the two hotels holding
Blocked space. A bagged lunch is included in the Friday, July 27 motor coach tour cost.
3. The Saturday night Auction, led by professional auctioneer Clarence Shirk, is always a fun-filled closing for the reunion. Donations at past reunions have included, but are not limited to, items particular to the Schurch family history. Examples of other items are hand crocheted or knitted items, home baked or canned foods, food specific to your home area (chocolate, sausage, maple syrup), framed photographs, art work, small quilted items, and books. Auction proceeds help cover reunion costs.
4. An optional Sunday, July 29, morning worship service will be held in nearby Mifflinburg. Space
is limited but registration is not required now. If you would like to attend, please sign-up at the Reunion registration table.
